Shipping Policy
At Darling, we want to make sure our customers receive their purchases in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50 within the continental United States. We also offer international shipping at an additional cost. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Darling purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We also offer exchanges for items that do not fit or are not to your liking.
